Pursuant to the Bylaws of Tri-County Electric Cooperative, Inc., notice is hereby given to the Members of District 7, 8 & 9 that incumbent trustees for all 3 Districts are certified as the only qualified trustee candidates nominated for the position of Trustee for each District.

Therefore, the candidates are declared the Trustee-elect to be seated for another term during the September 19, 2026 Annual Meeting. 

Therefore, notice is hereby given of the CANCELLATION of all District Meetings scheduled in August of 2026.
