Tri-County Electric Cooperative, Inc. has an opening for a Part Time System Operator in our Madison Office. This position consists of answering calls, dispatching field personnel, creating service orders, and processing payments. Candidates must possess excellent working knowledge of computers, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to effectively multitask. The ideal candidate must be able to remain calm in stressful conditions and quickly make complex, critical decisions while communicating to field operations personnel and members; and communicate well using a two-radio and telephone.

This position works two twelve-hour shifts on weekends. Opportunities to cross-train with our Member Services Department is available and provide opportunity to work additional hours outside the normal work schedule.

Tri-County Electric Cooperative, Inc. has an opening for a full-time Member Service Representative in our Madison Office due to an upcoming retirement.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to opening and closing the Madison Office, taking payments, assisting members in person and by telephone, and setting up new accounts.  The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, as well as basic computer and problem-solving skills. The candidate is required to have a High School Diploma or equivalent and one to two years of customer service experience.
