Tri-County Electric Cooperative, Inc. has an opening for a full-time Vice President of Finance in our Madison Office due to an upcoming retirement. This position will be a member of the executive team and is required to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. An advanced degree or CPA is highly desirable. Five or more years’ experience in utility accounting is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding and experience in financial statement preparation, financial analysis, budgeting, debt management, procurement and warehousing.

Tri-County Electric Cooperative has an opening for a Full Time General Laborer reporting to our Madison Office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to building and grounds maintenance at Tri-County’s 16 substations and five office locations, assisting the maintenance department with a wide range of tasks including electrical, plumbing, security, and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience operating tractors, backhoes, and zero turn mowers. A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Certifications in HVAC and electrical work are recommended.
