Member Service Representative - Full Time 

Job Description

Tri-County Electric Cooperative, Inc. has an opening for a full-time Member Service Representative in our Madison Headquarters Office.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to opening and closing the Madison Office; processing payments; assisting members in person, by telephone, and electronically; setting up new accounts; and delivering accurate, timely, and outstanding customer service in every interaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and resolve issues. Basic computer proficiency is required, along with the ability and willingness to quickly learn new software systems and technology. The candidate is required to have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of customer service experience is preferred.
