Tri-County Electric Cooperative, Inc. has an opening for a Full-Time Rotating Member Service Representative in our Perry Office. Normal hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm. While the primary reporting location is the Perry Office, this position requires frequent travel to other TCEC offices to fill vacancies as needed. A cooperative vehicle will be provided when travel is necessary.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to opening and closing the office, taking payments, answering phone calls, setting up new accounts, and assisting members with any questions related to their electric service. A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as two years of customer service experience, is required.
